Our Fearless Foundation Weekend is a three-day interactive workshop that brings Rhonda Britten's bestselling book, Fearless Living, to life. Cut out stress, and realize personal growth by learning to access the incredible power of Rhonda's "Wheel of Fear" and "Wheel of Freedom" systems.
Through practical exercises and techniques, the Fearless Foundation weekend will help you:
• Learn how your fears work. Once you know how fears operate, perpetuate, and manifest, you can identify your fear triggers and responses, which perpetuate negative feelings and self-destructive behaviors.
• Master your fears. We'll show you how to stop making excuses, setting unrealistic expectations, and beating yourself up. You'll also discover how complaining advertises your fears while keeping you stuck in the complaint. Redirect the negative energy that immobilizes you by replacing persistent, self-destructive habits with nurturing behavior.
• Surround yourself with real support. Everything is easier with a team, but choose your teammates wisely. Learn to recognize valuable "Support Buddies," and deflect the "Fear Junkies" who are draining your energy.
• Discover your "essential nature." Your essential nature is the state of being that fuels your passion, and gives you an abiding sense of purpose. You can consciously adopt proactive behaviors that support your essential nature—acknowledging yourself for what you do, and engaging in activities that strengthen your sense of fullness and personal power.
• Open yourself to risk and possibility. Increase your ability to recognize opportunities and possibilities by embracing risk and turning your complaints into gratitudes.
