During the holiday hustle and bustle we become over-tired, over-worked, and over-stressed with which comes over-eating.
During Class 1, participants will discover what trigger foods are and how to manage their trigger foods. With a true trigger it’s the food, not an emotion or situation, which triggers the out-of-control eating.
In class 2, participants will learn/discuss/identify what trigger feelings are and how they differ from week 1’s trigger foods. Participants will walk away from this class with some specific strategies for managing their feelings.
In class 3, participants will learn to manage their environment and discover how to make what’s around them work for them. They will trade tips for making their trigger environments less toxic so that healthy foods and opportunities to get active are more available.
In class 4, participants will examine Jack Canfield’s ten simple steps to success while also identifying the ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) that stop them from achieving a healthy lifestyle.
