FLI Refund Policy

The Fearless Living Institute stands by all of its products and services. We understand that you may have second-thoughts after ordering, so we have created a Refund Policy that supports you in being Fearless.

Workshops

All FLI Workshop registrations are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation fee, check the workshop for the specific deposit amount, upon cancellation prior to or on the day of the event. All refund requests must be recieved in writing or via email and acknowledged from the FLI office within 90 days of cancellation. No Show cancellations will not be refunded. Any refund requests submitted beyond this timeline will not be honored. Full refunds minus the nonrefundable deposit will be returned within 30 days of the refund request.

All FLI Workshop attendees agree to "Participant Guidelines and Agreements." This is a "working contract." Refunds will not be issued to any participant who nullifies this contract during a workshop. Participant Guidelines & Agreements can be found at Attend a Workshop.

Audio Classes and Live Teleclasses

FLI Audio Classes and Live Teleclasses are not eligible for refunds.

Memberships

FLI membership dues are not eligible for refunds.

FLI Books, Audio, & Products

FLI will replace any defective merchandise within two weeks of shipment date. All defective merchandise must be returned to FLI office with FLI invoice prior to replacement. Please check your shipment immediately upon arrival and call FLI to report any defect 1-877-663-3270. FLI will credit your account for return shipping. No other refunds will be given for any other reason.

FLI Retreat

All FLI Retreat registrations are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation fee, upon cancellation prior to or on the day of the event.
