Many aspects of our certification program are free, but we understand that becoming a coach is a financial investment. In order to support you fully, we have created a program that lets you invest as you go. That means you pay for the Fearless Foundation Workshop one month, and perhaps six months later invest in the Fearless Conversations Workshop.

You have three years to complete all requirements associated with becoming a coach—though it is possible to finish your training much more quickly—so tuition payment scheduling is very flexible and completely up to you

Overall Investment

Depending on how long it takes you to complete the program, overall cost will run from $5,500-$8,500. Remember that you will also be earning income as a Program Candidate, which will offset the cost of your tuition and fees.

Again, not all prerequisites and requirements require financial output, but those that do are listed below. (Please note: This financial overview covers only the costs involved in becoming certified. It does not include the cost of pursuing further study to attain CFLC II, CFLC III, or CFLC IV status.)

Income:

• Candidates must log one hundred hours of client coaching, seventy-six of which is billable at a rate discussed with your mentor.
• Candidates must facilitate one or more Fearless Book Groups, for which you can charge at your discretion.
