Rhonda Britten was contracted to deliver six motivational seminars on empowerment and time management to Blue Shield of California. Although these types of seminars generally have a high turnout at Blue Shield, Rhonda's classes were exceptional.

Team members were requesting enrollment at a rate we have not seen in the past. In fact, Rhonda's classes contributed to more than 20 percent of the training delivered at Blue Shield during the first half of the year.

Through her motivational seminars, Rhonda was able to touch our staff in a very positive and encouraging way. Employees began to request her taining and the buzz in the office was "Have you been to Rhonda's seminar?"

Even our Chief Regional Executive commented to me on the numerous responses he was hearing. Many of the employees expressed how her message had changed their way of thinking and the actions they would take to implement the philosophy of being "fearless." It was a very successful training effort.

In addition, Blue Shield was working on promoting accountability throughout the Southern Region. Rhonda was contracted to work with our executive management team in developing an accountability model that will be implemented at Blue Shield Southern Region. Through her coaching, we have been able to create a process that is working and enabling us to produce higher success levels within the organization.

Rhonda has a passion for her work that is exceptional and a message that is well worth listening to. I would recommend that anyone wanting to change their attitude towards a more productive and positive way should be exposed to this training. The impact on our team members at Blue Shield thoroughly convinced me of the empowerment we can obtain by minimizing our fears and realizing what is important in our lives.

We look forward to continuing our business relationship with Rhonda Britten and utilizing her within other areas of Blue Shield of California.
