Here are a few specific areas I love to coach:

Money - Do you live pay check to pay check? Would you like to learn how to break open your money belief system and embrace your true, abundant self in relationship to money? Having money doesn't translate to being a bad person and you don't have to "give up" a part of who you are to be both wealthy in spirit and in money. I've been on my own personal journey to discover my money beliefs and remove the disempowering limits I have set for myself. Once you remove the limits and come from a place of abundance, then the floodgates will open and money will come to you frequently and easily.

Clutter - Look around you. What do you see? How does it make you feel? There is a direct connection to clutter and fear. Yes, you can get organized, yet does it stay that way? I support my clients to literally get to the bottom of their clutter by becoming aware of its cause. Will I come to your home and organize it - no, yet I will support you to walk through the fear and embrace the peace of an organized space.

Weddings - If you're getting married, part of a wedding (father of the bride, best man, etc.), or in the wedding industry, I can support you to breathe in calm and exhale any stress that might occur as a result. Relationships shift as a result of a wedding and having the support as you go through the process can be the difference between a day you will always remember or a day you wish to forget.

Energy - Do you usually feel drained after being around large groups of people? What about specific people? Do you limit your activity based on the amount of energy it takes? What colors make you smile? What colors irritate you? Energy, just like money, can be spent quickly, saved for a rainy day or fed to abundantly grow. Which choice aligns with your essential self?
