I have found freedom in living fearlessly as I practice daily making choices that support ME and my well-being. I practice taking risks daily and though painful at times it builds my self confidence and it's taking me further out of my comfort zone into a life I never thought possible. It has been through this journey that I decided this was the work that called to my heart - coaching and supporting others in this same process of living fearless. I am passionate about sharing with you all that I have learned; the insights, tools, and skills to give you the support you need to move in the direction of living the life you've only dreamed of - thriving instead of just surviving. Sometimes we don't even know what that looks like. I will be there to support you in this process, without judgment, and as you begin to experience your fearless life with passion, I will support you with compassion in being accountable to yourself and your needs. We can't change the past but we can be present now, choose to take courage, and reach out for help in moving forward to a fulfilling life.
