Welcome to the Grievance Council Information Page
On behalf of the Grievance Council, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for anyone who has ever been involved with a potential grievance and found a solution inside themselves or worked to negotiate one with a person or Institution.
That is a courageous act and we recognize it as such. We also know there are times that doesn’t seem possible and that’s where the Grievance Council comes in.
The Grievance Council was formed in order to support you in finding solutions. It is a venue for you to clarify your values and find resolution for your concerns. It consists of individuals who were voted by their peers to have an exemplary track record of personal integrity and embody the Fearless Living Principles. The Council is comprised of Certified Fearless Living Coaches (CFLC’s) at all the various levels and FLI Administrators.
The Grievance Council is here to offer you assistance if you have a challenge you've been unable to resolve with a person such as a: FLI Coach, Fearbuster Group Leader or Program Candidate (PC). Or perhaps gain clarity around a situation such as a: office issue, workshop experience, or an ethical issue within Fearless Living.
Our goal is to facilitate the process of Living Fearlessly, by encouraging self-discovery, accountability, and open communication. As FLI grows, we know it offers all of us the opportunity to honor and understand one another a little bit better. We are here to support you in finding a resolution as you courageously step out to stand for your beliefs.
